Who?
Let me introduce myself …
Why?
It’s all about motivation …
How?
It IS possible …
What?
Achieving your goals …
Who Am I?
I grew up working hard and playing just as hard. Every day I would exercise so I could maintain mobility and enjoy what I loved doing. I am always up for challenging myself to try different methods of exercise, learning what techniques get me closer to my own goals and helping others find what works best for them. Competing with myself is a great way for me to discover what about myself I wish to improve and by doing so, strive to be the best version of myself I can be. I continue to apply this mentality to this day.
I have worked with Dr. Ross -a professional with vast experience- at Rawhide Health, gaining knowledge for a better understanding of the human body and the capabilities of what our bodies can handle. Being under Dr. Ross’s tutelage has encouraged me to help others to develop a better way of life.
I received my certificates from ISSA as a personal trainer, fitness coach, and nutritionist. Personal training is something I have been doing for over a decade, inspiring those who wish to be stronger and healthier.
Why Am I The One For You?
I am the external motivator invigorating your internal motivator. What does this mean? I help stimulate your drive towards completing your goals. I give you the push you need to propel you past your limits and strive to be the best of who you are. I want to use this to bolster your knowledge and experience; foster the development of your own motivator. You grow!
How Can I Do It?
How Can You Do It?
Does this mean you can only be of a certain age group? No! I have trained people as young as 13, teaching the value of starting at an early age and what that can set them up to achieve as they get older. Whether they want to play sports or are looking ahead to their career, this will have gotten them ready to succeed. Some I train are past 90. Their wish is to maintain the ability to enjoy life and appreciate spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren with their better health.
What I Want To Achieve.
What You Want To Achieve.
A primary focus with any client is establishing and maintaining proper form as we develop your program. It does the body no good to learn a workout routine by setting up the body to have the potential to be injured.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in the workout realm. Whether you wish to learn general strength training, increase flexibility, concentrate on conditioning and endurance, lose weight, or aspire to become a bodybuilder, we can find how you want improve, or change, and build upon that. Together we can build a program that will benefit you for an overall healthy lifestyle; this is what I wish to achieve.

Where Do I Go?
Where Do You Go?
Whether you have no access to equipment (i.e., machines, dumbbells, Olympic bars, bands), traveling, have no space available or want to try bodyweight exercises – Have no fear! I can work with you to make what is handy nearby to assemble a routine fit just for you. Have a gym near you or a home gym? We can make use of the resources readily available. If you are outdoors, then we can use nature, the streets or even a playground to make a complete program. Whether coaching at Rawhide Health and in person with the equipment we have, or virtually with what you have in your neighborhood, we can bring your goals to reality.

When Should We Get Started?
The time is now! If you are asking these questions, I would like to encourage you that this is the path you want to be on. If you are not sure that you have the time, don’t know if this is right for you, or are afraid of what the end result might be, I want you to be ready for where you wish to go. No worries, no pressure, take a full breath, then let’s talk – I am glad to make time for a consultation to ensure you are where you wish to be. I am more than happy to help you get motivated, strengthen your commitments, or plan for what it the right next step for you.
I would like to see you succeed; you tell me you are ready, then . . . we . . . GO!!!
